Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern Zoetria websites, applications, APIs and AI-assisted creation tools. You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract and use the service only where permitted by law.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account and protecting sign-in methods. Report suspected compromise to [email protected].
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of submitted media, scripts and prompts. You grant YASTAI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED a limited worldwide license to host, process, transform and transmit them only as needed to operate, secure and improve Zoetria. You must hold all necessary intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, likeness, brand and voice permissions.
4. AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other output or unsuitable for a purpose. You must review it before publication or commercial use. We do not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, factual accuracy or uninterrupted generation.
5. Prohibited use
Do not create illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative or non-consensual intimate content; impersonate without authorization; infringe rights; bypass safeguards; distribute malware; scrape the service; or make regulated decisions about a person.
6. Plans, credits and payment
Prices, renewal periods and included credits are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and reverse corresponding credits. Failed or rejected generation releases reserved credits.
7. Service changes and availability
Features, providers, limits and model routes may change. We may suspend jobs or accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or address security and operational risk. Keep your own copies of important work.
8. Intellectual property
Zoetria software, interface, trademarks and documentation belong to YASTAI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zoetria is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid during the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Zoetria and request account deletion. Changes apply prospectively, with prominent notice when renewed consent is required. Changes do not retroactively authorize materially different use of private content.

Zoetria is operated by YASTAI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong.
