We collect account and contact details, authentication and consent records, prompts, uploaded media, generated work, transaction and credit-ledger records, support correspondence, device and browser information, security logs and limited product analytics.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide creation tools, store and deliver work, calculate and reserve credits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, measure performance and comply with law.

Source media and AI processing

Source media and generated output may contain personal or biometric characteristics. They are processed to fulfill your request and operate safety controls. Zoetria does not offer voice cloning and does not use private source media to train a general-purpose model without a separate, clear opt-in.

Service providers and international processing

We disclose the minimum necessary data to contracted infrastructure, object-storage, email, analytics, AI-generation, safety and payment providers. Processing may occur outside your country, subject to applicable contractual and access safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies protect sessions, requests and locale preferences. Limited first-party analytics measures product use. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics remains disabled until you choose.

Retention and security

We retain data only as needed for the service, security, disputes, accounting and law. Temporary links expire. We use scoped storage, encrypted transport, access controls, audit logs and monitoring, but no system is completely secure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers, during a corporate transaction, to protect rights and safety, or where law requires. Content becomes public only when you deliberately publish or share it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection and may withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children and changes

Zoetria is not intended for anyone under 18. Material policy changes apply prospectively and receive prominent notice. A materially different use of private content requires appropriate notice and consent.
